What is Studio Fire?
The Studio Fire came to me after countless hours of trying to make a logo for the domain name that i purchased [link]. I was messing around with kerning, and rotating letters. I came to the "m" in firm and moved it to the side and it was studiofire. I feel in love.

The Studio Fire.. TSF is a portfolio website to display all my works to grab the viewers eye.

How long did it take to make the logo?
It took me about 15 hours after trial and error. If you take a look at my gallery you can see all the different attempts to try and make this.

What have you changed?
Basically the whole concept of the logo has changed. First, I was going for a artist type of symbol for the logo. The colors used to be black, white, and a teal color. As you can see that is no longer the color scheme. A complete 180 degrees since I started. I wanted something to stand out.

Trial and Error:
I learned never to use Adobe Illustrator to make a business card .

The inside path is not completely rounded and clean in my opinion... The lower left part of the "O" has a kink, see it?

slick, corporate, clean, only criticism would be it doesn't really possess any unique personality. The font, colour usage, shading and general style are all of a high standard, but they're also very 'safe', it's the kind of thing you see quite alot in this area (ie: If I dropped this into a bucket of graphic designer business cards, there's nothing that'd make it stand out), nothing really daring or risky about it.

Overall though can't knock it, standards are great, top marks!
